Good location - a bus stop right in front of the hotel and app. 10 min by bus to the center. The breakfast is fine for anyone who loves full english breakfast but if you are not a fan of that you might have a problem to find something to eat as there is no ham, no cheese, no veg... only beans, sausage, eggs, has browns and some cereals - for me to was perfectly fine but not for others : ) The breakfast room is not big enough and sometimes you need to wait in the queue but it never takes too long to be seated. The room was fine - we had double room with sofa (where our children slept and it is realy very small but we expected it) with nice view overlooking the whole city. In general the hotel is a little bit out dated and deserves some renovations but on the other the price is more than fair for what you get. I would definetely recommend it.

The hotel is in a very comfortable location with supermarkets, fast food restaurants nearby in case you want to buy something or eat. There are also bus stops very near to the hotel with very often itinerary for buses going to the city center (We were using the bus line 43). The room was comfortable, warm and clean and it had hair dryer, iron and ironing board inside. The room insulation was ok. The hotel staff was very polite with smiles on their faces and always willing to help us. The breakfast was also very nice with enough options to eat, coffee or juices to drink. The distance from the airport is about 20 minutes (by taxi or car). Finally, for people traveling from other European countries we suggest carrying with you a socket adopter (EU to UK) for charging your devices.

My daughter and I both liked the idea that we were shown to a table, that way they knew that we would be put on a table which was cleared. Service was with a smile too! Breakfast great! Scrambled egg was to die for ha! Liked the toast shape as the usual square bread, just sayin'. The wee pots of jam, nice jam by the way, more like jelly texture than bits in. Beans was the tasty ones, Coffee nice and hot, nice taste too! Hash browns nummy not soggy. OMG rantin on a bit. My daughter loved the sausages :) We weren't rushed out the door having the napkin still stuck in our jersey, ha! Oh and although we missed the wee muffins the first day, we did have 2 each the next day. Tut tut.

The design of the room is well thought through. The different lighting options are useful and I like that the room has a hallway type area for bathroom, storage etc before the main space. The table and seating area in the room is a great feature. The very large windows are good and view is excellent. The room is spacious in a classic contemporary style and very clean. I slept well and the breakfast was good quality with plenty choice and the hours for breakfast are useful if you have an early start. Location is very convenient and there are frequent buses.

Breakfast included, good rate and staff were helpful - they even sorted a very early breakfast for my husband who couldn't eat after 6.30 am due to having surgery later. Wasn't expecting fancy for that price, but it did the trick for my needs, very good value for a 2 night stay, location was a nice walk to the hospital or No 38 bus at night, bus stop close to hotel. Clean and comfortable, no issues for me. I'd consider staying there longer, while needing to get to the hospital as price is great, but couldn't do longer stay with no fridge.
